In an effort to help control the spread of COVID19, protect the health of our patients/staff and in accordance with Florida's Stay at Home Order and Mayor Curry’s recommendations regarding social distancing, we will be temporarily limiting the available seating in the lobby of each office location.
We recommend that if you can go without your allergy injection for the next month that you do so. Otherwise, please be advised that due to our temporary limited seating, there may be a delay in getting your injection when you arrive at our office and we may also have to ask that you wait outside until seating becomes available, at which time we will be able to administer your injection.
We also ask that if you do feel that you need to come, that you come alone or with as few family members as possible.
If you feel that you are unable to go without your injection but prefer not to come in to the office, you may want to inquire with one of our shot staff as to whether you are a candidate for oral allergy drops, which would formulated the same as your allergy injection. You would be required to pick up the vial, take it home and administer the drops to yourself daily. This would be an out of pocket expense and not covered by your insurance company. The vial should last approximately 4 months. You could then restart your allergy injections once the Stay at Home Order is lifted or when the vial is empty, whichever you prefer.
Thank you for your understanding that these measures have been put in place to protect you and prevent the spread of the virus.
